Rachel Kepnes

Speaker Biography

Rachel Kanter Kepnes is the Manager of Supply Chain Social Responsibility, Farms & Special Programs at Patagonia. In that role, she manages Patagonia’s Fair Trade USA certification program at the factory level and Regenerative Organic Certification program at the farm level. Rachel’s background is in international labor rights, human rights and gender. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Brown University and a Master’s in International Affairs from Columbia’s School of International and Public Affairs.
